We relocated for a while, then got suspicious that we were catching the same coon.
We painted it blaze orange and released it.
Caught it again in 10 days......he was 8 miles away when we dropped him off.
When I had the trout farm yet, the landlord was pretty soft hearted and relocated the caught coons to the res. They inevitably ended up back at the hatchery within a week. I started relocating them by calling a hound hunter customer of mine that would trap them, pick them up and relocate them in front of his pack of hounds for training. Those never made it back. He called it "stretching them".

Always gonna be dudes waiting for a "gotcha type post" James. They eagerly wait for the chance it seems.  It is what happens when you balance a check book to the penny I geuss and worry if ya put enough tablespoons of metamucil in your glass a couple of hours ago and ain't took a dump yet. Look at my I killed a snake and misidentifed it post a couple of weeks ago. Perfect example of gotcha type posting.
