The MSM and the entire left push this amnesty argument like a revolving door.
Have any of them bothered to interview a legal immigrant? And got there opinion on the matter?

Personally I know a few, good people, work hard very productive and are VERY anti-amnesty.
These are people who wanted a better life and brought there skills to American, gained citizenship, and are
productive members of society (and make some really good food)

AOC and the squad talk about discrimination and racism, but have they talked to Jose the restaurateur, or Marco the biologist,
who came here legally and integrated into the American society, and brought some of there culture and traditions, and (in my opinion most important of all) food.

Of course they haven't, these people don't vote for someone who gives away what they fought for.

PS When allowed to be anonymous, 60% of Americans indicate that they favor the elimination of both legal and illegal immigration into the United States.

When required to identify themselves, the number only drops to 40%.

My wife is a legal immigrant to the United States, a Greek Cypriot who came here in 1975. Her family citrus operation is now occupied by Turks. They've received no compensation. Her uncle owns and operates a successful restaurant. I've been there and talked with people who are also legal immigrants and they are outspoken in their opposition to illegals. My wife is very disturbed at the presence of the two foxes in the henhouse.

Pussies. The cities are rampant with them.

There are probably close to 80 million illegals. Not all vote and I would hope they do not vote the socialist communist democrat agenda.

The few LEGAL immigrants I've had the pleasure to talk to...are better Americans than I am. Totally into assimilation into American culture. Especially my Polish physician, who lived behind the Iron Curtain as a child.

LEGAL immigrants are all right and usually love America.

Talking to a mixed lot of foreigners that now live here will usually just leave you confused as hell.

In my former job, I had the opportunity to speak with thousands of people. Many of them were immigrants, illegal and legal. I would say that the majority of legal immigrants do not favor allowing amnesty on the illegals.

But, Flave's right. It's hard to get a straight answer out of any of them about illegal immigration. That conversation usually segways into a bunch of other schit.

That’s kind of the point. Even “good” legal immigrants lead to a lot of confusion in national purpose. Could we muster today the kind of national unity that got us through the Depression intact as a nation? Even then, it was a lot closer run thing than people seem to realize today. I don’t think would have much chance at all at getting through something like that now.

And a lot of people don't understand that just because an alien is a card holder or a US citizen doesn't mean they came here legally.

Lots of Cubans that are here today came here ILLEGALLY. But they claimed refugee/asylum after their arrest so were processed for a card. Some die with that card. Others go on to naturalize so they are US citizens. But they still entered the country illegally.

Of course a lot of old school Cubans speak against and despise communism, but if you were to ask them their feelings on the currents issues they would typically be sympathetic. It's exactly how they entered and gained legal status.

Another thing you'll encounter frequently is people that came here LEGALLY but stayed and became an ILLEGAL alien residing in this country. They usually come from money. Lots of money. So if they are arrested (big if) they get an attorney and explain their sob story and end up staying here legally. But to them it's just an inconvenience. Sorta like you or I would consider driving around with expired registration. If you get caught you fix it and we don't much give a schit.

These are usually the most annoying aliens and the most vocal. Very common attitudes amongst Brazilians, Columbians, Venezuelan's ect. They don't relate to the poor fugker walking through Sasabe. They typically view those types as beneath them behind closed doors but they will use them as pawns because a lot of them lean left. AOC types. Yes, others have seen the devastation their corrupt governments created but that is not always the case.

Eastern Euro's are a whole other story. They're mostly here to sell drugs to your daughters and enslave prostitutes LOL.

Asians are usually very patriotic and appreciative of everything our country offers if they came here illegally. A lot of the students (legal) come from very wealthy families and lean hard, hard left.

I know nobody will read this but I typed it out anyway.

About the best damned Americans I’ve run into as far as immigrants go are Vietnamese, IF they came over in the wave right after the war. They probably spent the first ten years in the country washing dishes or cutting grass and their kids are all doctors.

Look at blacks - they do everything possible to live as close to whites as possible because they enjoy a far better life than living around africans . Look at the blacks here ancestors - how do they live in africa ? Answer like whites did 5000 years ago - tells anybody all they need to know .

I faced up to it a long time ago the United States as we know is over - it's the whites that made it great not the dirt we stand on .

Not really. Not by the definitions the Founders used. For them, it was pretty much English, Scots, Dutch, and Germans. They did not consider southern and Eastern Europeans to be if the same stock, regardless of actual skin color.
