The crosshairs have rotated about 20 degrees off from the adjustment caps. Does that mean I have a problem?

I'd be in contact with Burris ASAP and mailing it off to Greely. They will treat you right on it.

Its all good. Just loosen the ring screws and rotate the scope until the reticle is level again.😏

The crosshairs have rotated about 20 degrees off from the adjustment caps. Does that mean I have a problem? If you shoot it enough the crosshair will rotate the full 360 degrees, and life will be good!

I just contacted them and they said send it in. I wonder if they will fix it or replace it. Its a gloss scope and sort of want another gloss one.

The Burris FFII 2-7 was one of the only Burris rifle scopes that I truly disliked. The FFII 3-9x40 is so much more foregiving.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Hopefully they can fix it. If not, you're probably getting a matte FFII replacement.
