Pretty good description by a witness audio on Fox; black t shirt, brown cargo pants, wearing hearing protection. Systematically shooting people in the parking lot with a rifle and then walking into Walmart. She described 15 or 20 shots.
Did not mention race, witness sounded Hispanic, probâly woulda said so if the guy had been Black.

Based on the report quoted by BW, it doesn't sound like Cartels, but another crazy nihilist. Lets hope the report of multiple shooters is wrong, other wise, multiple shooters hitting random innocent people in a heavily Hispanic community could portend some very bad things.....especially if it turned out to be a coordinated attack at the Walmart and the nearby mall, since both are mentioned in various reports....

Yep. and last week (7/28), some messikan 5 houses down from me, here in EP, fired shots in his house and then barricaded himself in the house. Cops were everywhere and my young daughter and I decided it was best to skedaddle for a while.
