The chain bar kickback safety lever is the only chain lock. No key required. I was wondering when someone would figure it out! Molɔ̀ːn Labé Skýla!

The choke/run lever has no “lock” position. Pic is referencing the round button that shows a lock/unlock position. Turns out it’s to be operated via the wrench/screw driver tool.
