I read meters one summer as a college kid. Old man at the utility co let me and pard ride from the tailgate.
We had some "doggie spray", we used to get those bumper chasers that would run way passed where they belonged. Give em a blast. Lol
Told the old man we'd missed a meter on that back street. Ride back around and do a "mop up" on any dogs that didn't get chance on the first run thru the garden.

Cat problem . . .
Build a moat around your property - Cats can't swim. And if they can - Stock the moat with crocodiles.

Tie him up like a POW Take pics of him in some really fugged scenarios. Send a magazine cut out letter ransom note.
If he has a set of nads Get a pic of a set of pliers right next to his junk . Put that in the ransom note also. renegade your killing me................

when we moved into this neighborhood, there was a feral cat problem. That was exacerbated by the huge number of roaming 'pet' cats. There are none to be seen now. Ain't saying what happened, but trust me, it's not that difficult to fix a cat problem.

Talk to the neighbor first. He deserves first crack at solving the issue. Trap it if you get no results. Our animal control dept. loans traps until you no longer have need of it. Bring it back with a cat & they’ll give you another trap.
I would not intentionally harm the animal. Did that once, felt bad about it ever since.
Oddly, when I began to pee off my patio the cats went away permanently. Never figured that. But, it’s true. And, my neighbor is a cat lady. She has at least five.

Oddly, when I began to pee off my patio the cats went away permanently That technique works best if you can manage to pee directly on the cat- - - - -like when it's in a trap! Jerry
