Someone had posted a facebook photo of him looking at what appeared to be porn on his car computer. After investigation, it became clear that the photo was faked. The law should just assume that photo evidence, unless there's a proven chain of custody from a reputable photographer to the evidence room, etc.., is faked. With Photoshop, this is a simple thing to do.

The technology of speeding up and slower down video footage is scary . It can make a person look like a wacko drunk/drughead .
That was done to pelosi a while back .

They can find out within 24 hours what device it was posted from and go after that person.

Maybe they have the culprit in hand but haven't said so. edit: this excerpt from the original article answers that question: The person who posted the original photo contacted Twin Falls Police and apologized for posting it on Facebook.
