Had some heart and kidneys fried with my eggs this morning. You and 50 must be those 2 I heard about down south that eat 'high off the deer' .

and our aim be true
We pray for no pain
to the game we pursue
We thank you Lord
for this land
We thank you for the sights
from our stands
We pray for safety, one and all
We pray we may return next fall

I used to plant plots, not anymore. It just makes it easier for other people that hunt our place. (Cousins and misc people that get last minute permission from my senile uncle)

Just went to guerilla style, terrain, cover, pinches, funnels, natural food source, ground hunting, moving ladder stands every 7-10 days, following doe groups.

I didnt give up 2 hunts the way i think of it man.
Went and helped a friend.
I been deer hunting since the 3rd week of september man.
Kinda burnt, but getting back out in the morning.
Deer should be active after this crapola weather today.
Killed 4 deer and let a dude use my savage 220 that he killed 2 does with when i was on the way back to gut my buck carrying his winchester model 12 full of pumpkin ball slugs and a bead on the barrel. LOL!!!
Dude got a gift from god when i ran into him that morning in the dark and brought him in and sat him on one of my spots.
I got one buck tag left in Tn.
Plenty of season to go.
Mission is too break the cherry on my 8mm.
Then whack does with my mod70ot6 in a relaxed manner.

I'm looking for a certain doe with a deformed jaw, real thin. Might've been a car collision.
Seen her last Sunday in with the group.

If the wind is good in the morn, I'll head back in to that oak Y-hollow on the south west corner.

Nudie butt uncle gonna get his windows shook again. grin
