I would say someone was a little rough on the beaver.

Got this pic earlier this summer on an elk watering hole that I like to hunt. Not sure I could have timed it better if I was sitting there pushing the button.

You been around here long enough to remember the days when these threads were dominated by Alaskans.
The photo content in those days made opening a new thread like viewing a National Geographic magazine that was dedicated to hunting, fishing and drinking beer. It attracted big game hunters from around the globe..

Who was the member that took us by photo posts step by step when he built the amazing cabin on that killer Alaskan river?

.....my how times have changed.

Centershot, that mountain lion image is epic! JefffA, that winters worth of pelts is awesome. I have to get out more often, nobody wants to see a little 8-pt mangled by a 45-70.

And Ptarmigan, all the rainbow trout I've caught probably doesn't weigh what that one does. Wow
