My LVSF .223 will shoot 3 into a ragged hole with Rem UMC cheap 55 gr ball ammo.

I’m amazed this is still available if it is. I have a couple LVSF rifles and they are the nicest walking varminters. Great specimen here. I paid more than this for my .223.

Just before this rifle came up on here, I bought a Model 700 XCR Compact Tactical in 223. Nice rifle, but I would prefer the LVSF. I already have a couple of other 223 bolt rifles, so I cannot justify another. Now, if someone wanted the Compact Tactical, I'd be in the market.....

IMO......the LVSF was one of the best Model 700's ever made.

I'm surprised as well. I think I may just throw an extra scope on and put it back in the safe...

Great rifles, I have one in 22-250. Remington doesn’t make rifles like this anymore.
