The real problem with the elections is that the place to reject a republican candidate is at the primaries…...and folks just don't show up at the primaries like they should. To reject the Republican later is to vote for a Democrat.....and that is the worst of all events.

The demCRAPs are trying to tell the senate what to do. The HOUSE dems had their chances to call everyone they wanted.
Ok. If the dems insist on calling their witnessess during the senate trial and if the majority of repubs agree, then what is good for the goose is good for the gander too.

I believe any call for any witness gets voted on by the senate, so it becomes a crap shoot. They can say yes to several and no to some.
Under the theory that the trial is on 2 specific things, obstruction and abuse of power, witnesses should be tied to that. Whistelblower and Schiff would then be valid. But how do either of the Biden's contribute to that?
Amateur comment here, but it seems like the Bidens are connected to the abuse of power charge. The charge is that the President abused his power by having Ukraine check into allegations of corruption by Biden (and that's all that the phone call transcript proves). If the allegations are true, then the President is merely fulfilling his duty to uphold law and find out if something illegal is going on in high places. The fact that the alleged criminal is connected to opposition politics is messy, but should not give the corruption a pass. I don't think that they should call any witnesses, but if they do, expose Hunter Biden and his father, and show that Trump had good reason to check into what they were doing in Ukraine.
