Some of the comments are vague but from what I can tell, Chiefs are the favorite team 49-11.

Because the Titans got behind and are not a team than can score at will so they had to revert to the passing game, much to their detriment.
Yeah, if you over look Tannehill who only has a 117+ rating as a quarterback, highest in the NFL this year. So, I guess, he probably can't throw.
