He seems to melt down more regularly than jag... just as vile and hateful tho.

Gentlemen (Ejp1234 & Local Dirt): Please don't demean yourselves any more over this topic! I started this thread in order to inform our CampFirers of the passing of one of this planets greatest athletes - and of recent a dedicated family man and advancer of athletics and sportsmanship among our nations young folks. Remember Mr. Bryant was generously offering a flight for several like minded adults to attend a girls basketball tournament - sadly that act of generosity turned tragic. It demeans Mr. Bryants two Olympic Gold Medals and five world championships by your petty squabbling. Mr. Bryant was NOT perfect, I would surmise, but he was a proud, present and energetic parent along with his other athletic accomplishments - it just came to light that he and his daughter had attended Catholic Mass just before boarding his helicopter for its fateful flight. May Mr. Bryant, his daughter and all onboard rest in peace. Gentlemen - please cease and desist - if possible. It amazes me how many people across the world have respectfully even reverently remembered Mr. Bryant and his accomplishments. Please emulate. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy
Kobe brought a lot of joy to the world - 5 NBA championships on arguably the premier basketball team in the world. He played the game the right way. I'm a Celtics fan so I pretended to hate him. I wish he could have hung around so I could pretend longer.
Forgive me my nonsense, as I also forgive the nonsense of those that think they talk sense. Robert Frost
Ulvejaeger: Thank you! I am waiting for the "Culligan Man" to arrive here - so's I will be at my keyboard a bit today. Once "he" comes I am headed to the range to test fire a couple of new guns I acquired over the weekend. I hope your leg is/has mended well! Mr. Bryants passing is also a reminder (to me at least!) that life is precious and fragile and even money does NOT buy longevity. Yeah I hope to enjoy the afternoon "shooting" - no wind here! I am not demeaning myself. I DO NOT ALLOW INTERNET TURD TROLLS TO ATTACK ME. PERIOD.

Local Dirt: I have a similar policy when confronting liars (i.e. "buttfubarski"!) and idiots (i.e. "small twig"!) but it should not take on the form of a never ending ongoing insult crusade. Tell someone who offends you why they offend you and defend your position/contention ONCE - and let that stand. Calling names ad infinitum only diminishes yourself and this site. It's what I try to do, and that seems to work well enough for me, over the last 17 years or so anyway! Yeah, you ARE "demeaning" yourself by these extra long, extended, insult fests. State your case and move on (ignore) from said trolls. I am still shocked by the loss of this great athlete and the youngsters, in this human error type incident/accident. Sad. Ctsmith: Here is a bit of "good news" in this horribly tragic event! Apparently 2 (two) mountain bikers were narrowly missed by the crashing helicopter as it crashed and turned into a ball of fire! According to the new article I am linking to the bikers were missed by just 200 feet and then they approached the helicopter inferno and took the enclosed picture! Looking at the picture I am sure the 9 (nine) souls on board the helicopter did NOT suffer for more than an instant - if that is any solace?
You're a liberal troll chkunt. That much is all I need to know.
Deep state baby... they embedded me here to find and identify the freedom fighters...
The fat momma’s boy whos always picking fights using the alias Local Dirt clearly isnt one... no reason to panic there, hes just an overly sensitive meat flap.
Ctsmith: I am NOT sure about "GregW" being a troll or not. You can click on his "monicker" and get to his recent posts - that may answer your question. In a way I was hoping this thread would become a place to mourn the passing of this world renowned athlete and never imagined it turning into a name calling contest. I have known MANY professional athletes (including dozens of Seattle Super-Sonics!) on a personal level and even been to ones "birthday party". Virtually all of them were upstanding citizens (Shawn Kemp notwithstanding!) and amazing, hard working athletes. I never got to see Kobe Bryant play in person but saw him countless times playing on the T.V. - I admired his incredible talent and athleticism. I was not so much aware of his incredible work ethic. I am glad I got to learn of that in the last few days. May the 9 victims rest in peace and thankfully the two mountain bikers were not also kill't. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy
