dang.......I can't believe I sat here and read this whole thing through....guess I'm an idiot but could not stop laughing .....who's on first today? tune in tomorrow to find out....oh wait, the Senate votes tomorrow so all here will be watching that and not waiting to find out: where is the gun or refund now? Do either of you guys drive an Avalanche with a big winch on the front of it??? No, the winch was mounted on the back of the cab by the rear window, keeps it out of harms way there and makes it easier to get ass shot bears into the bed..

Some send a copy of ffl some don’t...at my Post Office they also accept a ezcheck form, so no worry’s there.
IMO what should 284 do? JH filed a claim. My guess now he has to wait....
And to really top things PayPal will probably lock their accounts now. I don't use PayPal but you are correct. I have a friend who sold a gun and there is apparently a description/memo line when you pay and the seller noted, "Custom .300 Weatherby rifle" with his payment! Both accounts were locked/disabled! Moron action day.

Ok, so here’s where we are.
Still no copy of an FFL sent to me.
I called JCT, Al said Ken came in and claims I’m a Palestinian arms dealer or something to that effect. They have declined to deal with him as he wasn’t acting right.
Ken wants a refund via money order, and has also filed a refund claim with PayPal. This means he’d receive $800 in refunded money for a $400 purchase.
According to Kens post above, he will be incommunicado for 1-2 weeks while on an Oryx hunt.

I checked that out; that's a pretty nice shotgun. if this deals falls though for some reason, I can have funds and a copy of FFL to you in 10 minutes or less  400.00 correct?

Then accept the PayPal return. If he requested one, they will send you an email. If you have not received an email from PayPal saying that jarhead has disputed (which you can’t do with a F&F transaction) so you owe him his money back. If I’m not mistaken, you can go to the same transaction on PayPal and return funds. That keeps him from getting paid twice and the money goes back where it was charged. So, if a scam, no one makes out.... You owe the money as he has paid you! You also know he’s who he says he is as, Al checked his ID. So we know he’s not a Nigerian Prince.... I’m sure I’d sound like a madman, after trying to explain this deal to someone!

All I know is.....I would take all of the funds that I could out of that paypal account for fear of it being locked up and funds tied up forever.
