I've hurled much harder criticism at Facebook and Yahoo and not got banned by either. Nor should I.

I was a senior IT guy for decades. You get criticized. You're a whipping post when things go wrong. It's part of what you sign up for.

I find it incredibly hard to see how some folks take DeFlave so seriously. If you don't like his humor, then fine. I think he's absolutely hilarious.

He gives sincere compliments when warranted.
He gives good advice when warranted.
He calls a spade a spade, and LOTS of folks here need to be called out on their hypocriticism, or they need to take life not so seriously.
He's sarcastic as hell most other times. Why people get their panties in a bunch over it is beyond me.

Honestly, I think they're the ones who need to grow up...not DeFlave.

I think we should nominate a interim replacement for Deflave until his return.
