I dont know what's going on in his life, but clearly he is working through some demons.

Someone mentioned to me in a PM that he has a serious addiction problem he is dealing with along with other demons associated with his desire for chemical stimulants

Maybe he's just an azzhole. There doesn't always have to be a reason....some folks just born that way.

Wow. I knew there was a reason I never opened that thread.

And here I thought he saved all of his ire for Steelhead.

This could be a great place, but instead we're stuck with so many that clearly need to go.

Yeah, we have no shortage of those types on the Fire.

At least we get about a 2 week reprieve in the rifle section.

I hate to hear that. Addiction is messed up in a big way and can ruin a guys life. By the grace of God I didn't go that way in my youth. More than enough opportunity.

But, I hope what you say is true and he's dealing with the problem. That puts him ahead of most of the azzholes here. LOL

I met him about 12 years ago. I didn't think he had an addiction problem at that time. We met up at a local restaurant near the NRA Convention and then went to that event. I thought there was something a bit "off" about him then, though, and didn't meet up with him again.

The attack in question here is the epitome of Hypocrisy. There was absolutely no need or benefit to be gained by saying what you said, and you are aware of how it feels to be on the receiving end. The deliberate nature of what you did portrays what a real Christian approach you have there....
