I own the same number of xylophones as glocks. Do I hate xylophones too?

If somebody is handing out 5 free Glocks, I'll take 3 Gen 4 19s and 2 43s.

Whatever 5 are the most expensive, so I could sell them and buy 1911s. Never could warm up to the glocks, good guns, but too sharp a grip angle and I like having a visible hammer. To each their own.

I'll just keep the 5 that I have......
Three P220s, a Magnum Research and a Colt/OlyArms Frankengun.....

"Plastic was for toys till I rusted a good stainless Sig and several other carry guns that actually got carried."
You turned in your carry credentials, right?
Thanks for your honesty in admitting being negligent and not properly maintaining your firearms.
Still got my card, switched from leather holsters to kydex that doesn't hold sweat and I carry guns that I don't have to wipe down with oil every night.

It's a which Glock thread. Any other preference wasn't asked for was it?

It's all good though, I have more M&P's and S&W revolvers than I do Glock's. Heck, I even have a 1911.
It is pretty funny!

Don't have a Glock. Never had a Glock. No future Glock ownership plans. That may change - never say never. A few on the want list, but nary one a Glock.

They aren't my favorite for sure, I'm a Ruger BH, 1911, S&W type of guy. But when I wake up in the middle of the night to the dogs barking, it's the first thing in my hand.

I've never held a Glock that felt comfortable at all*, nor one that felt like it would last.
I know that the numbers say they are durable, but they don't feel right!
And "having to learn to accept the grip angle and trigger" means "learning to like crap".
Weight means recoil absorption, which means controllability and shootability.
* My hands are not "average" - I have large palms and rather stubby fingers... which means that grip size/shape and trigger location are VERY important to whether I would ever buy a weapon... and Glocks do NOT fit my hands.
I have turned down very nice Smiths & Rugers as well, when the trigger was too far forward for my finger to sit properly.

Kahr pm9. (better than a 43) CZ P10C. (better than a 19) CZ P09. (better range toy than a 17)

It seems Glock fans are in the mindset that "you're either one of us, or you're not!" And if you aren't one of them they write you off as a hater. After that anything you may have to say has no validity .
Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.
