This whole thing has been blown way out of proportion by the media. In my humble opinion, to purposely sink the economy so that Trump goes down in November but trump is going along with it. Splain that? ...wish I could. This whole ordeal is off the charts.

There are a hell of a lot of rumors going around right now, even among people that should know better than to start them.
Shutting down state borders and making people stay inside a dwelling would be a mighty large task, fraught with consequences that nobody wants.
Cities? I could see it. Closing states? That’s something way different.

1) They do not know the actual numbers because tests are still unavailable in large swaths of this country and world.
2) They know the actual numbers are much higher, but don't want the panic to get even worse than it is. or, all of it is just a guess, and heavy on over reaction
