Grocery Stores are running out of food especially meat.
The Hunters freezer may soon run out of last years bounty.
This schit may last all summer, so when will it be OK with the fire to start filling our freezers with out of season game?
If poaching becomes OK, when does robbing corner stores make it to the same OK list? Obviously you believe the game belongs to the state and not the people. The corner grocery stores sheit belongs to the man that owns the store. I'm talking about breaking laws, not who owns stuff. Without laws and adherence to those laws, public order breaks down and you then have a state of anarchy.

I wonder if the truth be known, how many of the ones here that are eager to start poaching, gave their game away last year, because they did not want to clean and proccess it, because they were too damn lazy. I also heard a man say a long time ago that He threw everything but the hams and backstrap away. Did not mention the tenderloin, so I figured that He did not even know they existed. miles
Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.

It looks like Jim’s is a Stream-a-lure. Yep. Thats the one. I was wrong when I called it the spin a lure. We call the Spin a Lure the money clip.........the spinner(Stream A Lure) is much more effective for me. Sorry for the confusion.

I was guilty of feeding last year's left overs to the dog. Now that I've become more proficient at processing my own I find it's a struggle to make two deer last my wife and I the full year. This year I have three in the freezer but am already half way through the sausage and jerky. I need to stop giving jerky away. Yesterday I offered to give my neighbor some venison for his family, he said it wasn't needed.

You got some good trout fishin close Jimbo? Yes and no. Ha! 20 mins or so to the closest pond.....distance goes up from there. The only flowing creeks are south in the mountains. Some of them have some decent brookies in them. Little guys mostly. We mostly fish ponds and reservoirs. Sometimes they are great! My friend has a nice little mountain pond plumb full of cutthroat. Beautiful scenery and good 10 inch cutts. Most trout are caught in hot, unshaded farm and range ponds. Our trout pond froze out years ago. I am lucky because I like can eat a pond caught rainbow at any time of the year. Some people quit fishing in summer time. I still like them. I am not sure if I have ever caught a fish with a money clip....or one of those Luhr Jensen Krocodile spoons either. The Spinner (stream a lure) in either gold or silver has been good for me.

No. Never did do any Missouri fishing.
Never did much river fishing......never knew how!
I recently purchased some river frontage with a couple good bends in it. Quarter mile or so?
Milk River. There is a well worn foot path to the water.......good fishing spot apparently.
We are gonna try learning there this summer.
