I wasn't raised on hot sauces growing up. In deepest, darkest Appalachia, it really wasn't part of the food culture. I acquired the taste for Tabasco hanging out with southern guys while in the Legions. It made C-Rats and later the MREs more palatable. I actually started carrying a bottle in my ruck over in ROK. Nowadays it's not my go-to, but I'll take it over unknowns if choices are thin. Frank's hot sauce selling like hot cakes according to McCormick... Guess the people buying all the noodles need to spice email up. Frank's is good schitt. It's usually my go-to between it and Trappy's.

I got half a bottle in the fridge I'll send ya.
Might need to lick off the crusty stuff under the cap though.... don't keep it in fridge , any bacteria that survives Tabasco is harmless to human , i add it to my breakfast lunch and dinner , unless fresh jalapeno is available , may be both.

I have functioned very happily without it for 68+ years.

I go through a 12 ounce bottle of Tabasco Sauce a week. In a week?! Jesus. I'd have to wipe my ass with a fire extinguisher.

Salsa Bufalo Chipotle, has been one of many "favorites" for over 20 years. Tabasco original has been forever. and there's two full bottles of Bufalo in the pantry. The big bag of mixed peppers can be turned into "hot sauce" easily enough should I need it. The garden will be starting up, so there will be more peppers, as many varieties as I can find. Geno

The ONLY thing I've ever put hot sauce on is a barbequed ham sandwich. I just don't care for it. There is a bottle of Tabasco in the fridge, although it's probably 5 years out of date.

I keep a bottle in my briefcase, my truck console, in both of my camps and lots of it at home in many different flavors. Your dedication is enviable. I woulda put it on my wife if she woulda let me. Years ago I had a great black lab. I put Tabasco on stuff to keep him from chewing on it. It had the opposite effect - he liked it! When I was an ornery grade school kid, I put a drop of it on my sister's house cat's tongue. Never knew that a cat could fly that far!

Just suck it up and go to the darn store. Geez. If you're super wussie, just put a plastic bag on your hand, go straight to the hot sauce shelf, grab a bottle or two and head for the self-check. You never have to touch anything.
Personally, I prefer many other brands over Tabasco, but the basic Big T is okay. Crystal is better, but I just scored a BOGO on the 12-ounce size of Frank's so that's what I'll be using for a while. My all-time favorite is Arizona Gunslinger (which can be bought online) and I like Sriracha, but it's a bit too garlicky for some dishes.
