There will most likely be a resurgence of the Corona Virus (and Covid-19) by September.As self-isolation guidelines are eased and people come out and mingle (at work, social gatherings, etc.), the virus will spread to other wise healthy people. Until a vaccine is developed and widely-available, everyone is at risk. Certainly, we need to re-open the economy, but precautions (social distancing, hand washing) must be taken. A recovering economy in the midst of a dying population doesn't seem like a good trade-off, except, possibly in Texas. Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said "“What I said when I was with you that night is there are more important things than living.
