I probably got into epic schitt storms with half the posters in the gen forum at one time or another. I started main lining herion again bout 3 or 4 yrs ago. Its all good now cept for these bugs I feel crawling under my skin.
LOL!!!
Still pissed at former Tn Mafia members for not letting me take this guy out for a spin on here.
Boy oh boy... Ole Catman sure got some people on here in a turmoil. Even had mock funerals with signs and a cross pics on here for him. You wanna talk about living rent free. LOL!!!
Best sockpuppet ever!!!!
Sure hope Catman didnt make any good guys leave.... Without a cock sticking outta their forheads at least. LOL!!!
Catman had specialized inputs.Though somewhat faulty, a prototype. Similar to Bitch Stewie.
His pathos, appealing to the anger, stupidity and inherent retardation that exists in some quantity in all of his audience. A disposable hero, a soldier for the cause.
Imagine getting into a pissing match with guy that had tossed salad for brains.
😃
O will have to agree, Catman was, uh, something, uh, kind of extra, uh, special.
One time, GRIZZ was mean to me and told me I liked sheep in boots. Let me tell you, I was very, very hurt that day. I don’t even own any sheep. Very hurtful and mean......
Then my wife brought me some fresh goats milk and everything was all better.

I saw a story about this one - someone posted it on a joke album thread on reddit, and someone said that guy looks just like my grandpa.
Turns out it was - none of his grand kids even knew he had an album, they showed it to him and he had a story about why he looked like that. Its been so long I don't remember what but they posted a picture of him as a grandpa
have you paid your dues, can you moan the blues, can you bend them guitar strings
The coolest feature this forum has is it offers you the ability turn off anything you don't wanna read with just a click.....
Or you can read away and then whine about what you have read.....
It is like a menu. We have complete control over the choices we make. If we have had the chicken before and know we don't like it, we are idiots if we keep ordering it. Hell, this menu will even let us remove chicken from the choices.
Censorship is the worst thing you can have on a forum.Yes there are trolls and liars on this forum but if you don't know how to handle them then you have a bigger problem than them.Amazing
It’s not about censorship, it’s about a bunch of deviants that enjoy each other and continue to pat each other on the back and call everyone else intolerant.

It was different, back in the day. Not nearly as many insults.
Heard the exact opposite from LogCutter who’s been around since 2004.
He said this place has become soft with nothing but a bunch of pussies posting compared to the old days where fights were breaking out on top of fights in the same thread.
The crap-storms have just moved from their birthplace, the optics forum, into the Campfire forum with spillover into others. The hate and discontent is probably the same, it's just spilled over into other forums.
I do think a lot of guys have become more "bold" with the anonymity provided by the internet forum environment. Realistically we could change the name of this forum to 24 Hour Campfire and High School Locker Room.

Some of this behavior is a annual occurrence and we're just seeing it compounded and extended by the 'rona.
Every year folks here start getting antsy and snippy about January or February due to few hunting seasons open and lots of places covered with snow. Generally starts to let up in April or thereabouts but with the COVID-19 bullshite I think the SGD (seasonal grouch disorder) is sticking around longer.
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!

I have reports cards from K-3 grades showing I was anti-social then.
This is not a seasonal condition for some of us.

It was a take-off from the movie "The Big Lebowski" and not meant to step on anybody's toes or to imply you meant something other than what you typed. I don't know whether the Dude was referencing his ability/desire to "tolerate" or "endure". It's just a movie reference and I wasn't trying to put words in your mouth. Hence, me starting with "no" instead of the old forum standby of "fixed it for you" whereby the poster tries to put words in your mouth. Be well V.

Is there some way to quantify the level of anti-social behavior broken down by month? It would be interesting to correlate any spikes with times of the year...

Well, now that I think about it, there is that "seasonal affective disorder" stuff. If I had them handy, I'd look through those cards to see if I got worse during the winter semesters.
Everyone knows some kids do better in the summer, when there's lots of daylight. And FREEDOM!
and I wasn't being packed into a hot classroom, no A/C back then, with people I didn't necessarily like, being told to do things I didn't necessarily want to do, by people I didn't want to hear it from. That's probably why my "citizenship and classroom decorum" grades suffered.
