OP Kellywk Campfire Regular K Joined: May 2013 Posts: 1,520 San Antonio, tx	Flynn's lawyer filed a mandamus brief appealing the judge appointing an amicus lawyer to argue against dismissal. First argument out of the box is quoting the judge's order from December that there's no mechanism for an amicus in a criminal case and that allowing it would be improper. https://sidneypowell.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Petition-filed.pdf

They know and can prove he is biased because of his own words and actions before Flynn entered a plea. Ideally he would be impeached (federal judges are subject to impeachment just like the POTUS, VP, SCOTUS and senators) but as long as the DEMs control the house judiciary that isn't going to happen. You get out of life what you are willing to accept. If you ain't happy, do something about it!
