Ate a lot of red snapper on my scuba trip down on Utila Island recently. Really got a taste for the stuff.

Those look great.Fresh fish makes good eats.

My favorite fish or shrimp tacos have shredded cabbage, pickled red onion, homemade tomatillo sauce , with a squeeze of good hot sauce and lime.

My favorite beef or cabrito tacos have chopped white onions, a squeeze of lime, cilantro , hot sauce, the non- gringo kind.

Would you have a recipe for that homemade tomatillo sauce?

How did you prepare that fish? What batter ingredients and dredging liquid? That looks really good.
