. Good pizza is like the holy grail for me. Did you ever get a pizza from the civy snack bar at Rhein Mein airfield. One for you and one for the aircrew will get you a ride in the crewchiefs seat during an air to air refueling.

Cheese and meat are proteins and the most expensive parts. My guess is they saw how much got wasted and dropped and just said enough.
