Without a doubt “Unforgiven,” but one of his best and most underrated is “Hang Em High”

Only a few that he acted in were what I'd call "great" movies and some of them were total schlock just cashing in on his image, but he sure played a lot of iconic characters and those movies produced a lot of quotable lines.
In the latter category: Dirty Harry and its sequels Good, Bad and Ugly Josey Wales
