The whole enchilada, clams, corn, steamed under wet seaweed?

The only part I'd have here in the Iowa sticks would be the corn, in season.

Have a few clam bakes every summer, admittedly without the seaweed (steamer pots are a lot less of a hassle). This years fare will be Bi-Licious Hybrid sweet corn and freshly dug Rhode Island Topnecks. Can’t wait.

Wet seaweed and enchiladas sounds Puerto Rican?

Hey Ted, bring some to the rendezvous. Can't get any decent clams/oysters down here. I'll pay for them and open yours.

Seems to me I asked you to bring some other delicacy a while back also.

I think I need to move back up north.

It's not the whole enchilada without the lobsters and potatoes and sausage.

Wabigoon

May not have clams in your neck of the woods, but seems you have substitute locally collected oysters in season.
Prepped and fried rather than steamed.
