In Romans 1:24-32 (the cherry-picked verses above), Paul is describing ALL human unrighteousness as a progression...telling how rejecting God leads to ever greater rejections of Him. Signaling out blacks, and applying parts of that passage specifically to them is disingenuous...but not at all surprising for some Bible thumpers. Some people...even some self professed ‘Christians’...actually use the Bible to diminish others...and to have bigotry towards others. The absurdity of using the Bible to look down upon others...others that God loves...is hypocrisy to the Nth degree.

...convince me that abortion is okay for even these black babies born in the ghetto. I want to see the "moral" side of deciding what baby lives and which ones die. I made my choice when I was a kid that by working and staying out of trouble I would not live as I grew up. Abortion takes that choice away from me and millions of others. When it comes to selling themselves on bad ideas, bad decisions, and sometimes on something that is just flat out wrong...many, even those who give lip service to ‘values and ethics’, become expert professional salespeople. They may not be able to sell anybody else anything, but they’re fantastic at selling themselves on something that is the very epitome of wrong.

They may not be able to sell anybody else anything, but they’re fantastic at selling themselves on something that is the very epitome of wrong. I agree that abortion is an abomination. It is horrible. I don’t think it is “ok” because it is black babies. However, looking at the demographics and politics of the country, how precarious the balance is between good and evil, I have come to the point that I don’t oppose abortion simply because most of the people who support and use it are a danger to my values and way of life. If the degenerates want to kill their own, I find some comfort in the fact that there will be less of them than there otherwise would be. That doesn’t mean I agree with it. Specifically, to the black babies, I wonder how many of the people set against abortion are willing to go out and adopt one of the millions more there will be, and to provide them with a safe, loving home. Or to see their tax bill increase to support them and their mothers. That is often a disconnect I see with those who are anti-abortion. It is very difficult to legislate morality and self control. People are going to live like they want to live and do what they want to do. To expect that there is going to be some great epiphany in parts of our population, that they will suddenly see the light and live according to what we or God believe is righteous, is completely unrealistic. The best thing is to prevent the pregnancy in the first place, which is why I have never understood the resistance to mandatory insurance coverage for contraceptives. There are places birth control pills should be handed out like candy.

Jesus’ use of the word “lukewarm” comes to mind.

I don't agree with abortion. I have seen unwanted babies destroy a LOT of grand parents marriages...bankruptcies.
Free birth control pills or at least very inexpensive pills should be available.

I'm glad he did, 19 million black babies have been aborted since 1973 in the US of A. If it wasn't for abortion we'd be over run negros and the Republican party would of been abolished by 2000. Abortion isn't ideal but without we'd be screwed big time. i have said this time and again........bob Same here. And most of the white babies who were aborted would have been from the lowest strata of society, and grown up to be democrat voters too. Republicans, by and large, are smart enough to use birth control. Some exceptions but not many. AMEN

I have said for years, that we would save billions of dollars by paying people to have their tubes tied or their nuts snipped, pay women 10 grand and men 5 grand after the procedures.
Morally people would be better off, and the money saved on welfare and prisons would more than pay for these programs.

I grew up poor as any black kid, I am 59 years old and still have no idea who my dad was, my family was on welfare, my mom was a drug addict and stepdad a drunk. I've never been in prison and respect other people's property and life. According to what I hear and read my life should have been ended before being born. By the way I love God and America.
So convince me that abortion is okay for even these black babies born in the ghetto. I want to see the "moral" side of deciding what baby lives and which ones die. I hope Trump gets elected and is able to appoint a justice that will side with life. Jim, I agree with you. There are soooo many decent couples and families out there who would love nothing more than to adapt any baby.

He was nominated by GW Bush.
He was never a real conservative judge. From the start.
