Pretty sure he made the decision to not suspend Kapernicke the first time that idiot took a knee. As far as I'm concerned, the current mess can be put at the feet of Obama and Goodell. Obama for inciting it, and Goodell for showing everyone the path to appeasement. During the pre-game fly-overs, the air force should carpet bomb every one of the NFL palaces.
