From the town of Pilsen

Like Budweiser. From Budejovice, Budweis in German, Budweiser, i.e. from Budweis.

France is known for having good food.

Anybody want to take advice from a Frenchman?

OK ok ok. Beer and sausage...Priority items. +2

Any famously awesome Polish firearm designs? Cars? Airplanes?

In last 200+ years they had about 20 years of free independence from ca 1920 to September of 1939. To find something look into the 30s era. Americans are probably familiar with VIS 9x19 pistol made by FB Radom.

I got a Nagat gas seal, Does that count?

I came in from the culinary waste land of Germany and the Polish food was like your loving grandmother made it fresh for your birthday. It was epic!

A plate of salami and 3/4 of a bottle of wine is hard to beat. In France their table wine is like our $150 a bottle stuff. Most wine bars in Paris have this for about $11.00 US. After that I would agree to any advise. Good cheap buzz.
