Looks like ground you could put in your own rifle range pretty nicely. I bought 40 acres in central MT for $480/acre in 1994. It appears that just inside of the treeline on that Virginia property is Rt. 250 which is a major roadway thru that county and could be a major problem in having a shooting range or hunting access between the pasture and the wooded portion of the property. The road does not show up well in any of the promotional pictures.
