Taking these guys lightly is a mistake.
I agree. They might even be organized enough to purposefully put cops and citizens in difficult use of force situations. There's nothing difficult or complex about any of this schit. Certain parts of the country elect liberals and those areas are run accordingly. You are right, there's nothing difficult about the situation the 17 year old is in. Jesus Christ.

The second and third shoots were clearly justifiable. How was the child molester still an immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury after he threw the incendiary device? In some States, including shîthole Oregon you can use lethal force against an arsonist, if said arsonist is about to set light to a structure where a person would be thought inside. Throwing a fire bomb at a person...Same thing. Your questions lately seem to come from a lens that once the initial, unsuccessful, act is done, you assume there wouldn’t be anymore violence from a person towards his/her targeted victim...Akin to being shot at until bad guy runs out of ammo...Why shoot him? He was out of bullets. 😎 Further, PB's positions imply omniscience, which is absurd.

Paul, maybe you should just subscribe to Lexis/Nexis. I'll bet it's only a few hundred $$ per month.

Tucker had a journalist on last night that WAS there. Within 6-8 ft away, WAY closer than the video that could exonerate the kid.
Do you remember the reporter's name? I'd love to see the interview.

It could have been just the video clip being slowed down, but it appeared the the kid covered the no more bicep idiot with his muzzle, but held off lighting him up when the idiot hesitated and backed away from the kid...
Idiot, recalibrated, then dove forward at the kid with his G43? in hand. Then the kid hit the go button.
Excellent shoot/ no shoot awareness from the kid, if that was going through his mind.
😎
I thought G26.

Reading this thread, it reminds me that so many with no legal training think they have a handle on the legal issues at hand in a case like this and can spout off their reasoning as if they are a SCOTUS judge. There will be nothing simple about this case when it reaches the DA, and even more convoluted when and if it reaches the jury trial... you can bet the prosecutors will dig up every little bit of this young man's life to destroy him and some of it may even be true. All the "obvious" evidence in the video may or may not be allowed in the trial unless his lawyer has his [bleep] together and keeps it in play as long as possible...
The fact that Paul is questioning everything is exactly what I would want a good attorney to do. How else are you going to defend if you don't know and understand every last angle the prosecution will take so you are prepared to defend against their slander, or legal interpretation of the laws. Self defense laws are being twisted and misused all around this country these days, possibly in an effort to get rid of the 2nd Amendment, so don't expect attorneys in a liberal s#!t hole like this to quote them or even understand them correctly....
Okay, back to your usual bickering and untrained "expertise" fellas....
Cant see any possible way a video that captures the moment of a shooting could possibly be kept from a jury that is deciding if a crime was committed at the moment of that shooting. Rittenhouse isnt charged with anything yet. The Kenosha DA said in a press conference yesterday that his office would be conducting "consideration of that case tomorrow, and a preliminary decision about charging would be made." They filed a a Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution Warrant yesterday as a means of arresting him and holding him prior to beginning extradition proceedings to bring him from Illinois to Wisconsin. UFAP warrants are a legal sleight of hand to detain someone out of state until actual charges are issued. I think the DA knows any homicide charges will be impossible to prove. The UFAP warrant and arrest gives the appearance of doing SOMETHING without really doing anything legally binding. UFAP cases are prosecuted in Federal court, and almost always dropped once the underlying case is prosecuted. In this case a 17 year old who is on video trying to surrender to the police guaranteed it will be dropped. The US Attorneys office aint gonna touch it.

Absurdity is staking out a position and being unable to articulate why you hold that position. "well, I shot him because I was afraid" probably ain't gonna cut it in court.

I hope he hasn't been charged with anything yet. If Lin Wood is his attorney, the kid is going to win huge against all the media outlets saying he has been charged with murder.
