Yes. You may find that a butt stroke to the chin will suffice if you run out of ammo. I'm sure a bunch of ANTIFA types are accustomed to being butt stroked.

I believe - Ithaca 37, extended mag, and #1 buck should do the job. Post a picture. That said zero SMU/SF/SEAL/Ranger/SWAT are using a Shot Gun for anything except blowing door hinges and lock. But that's just every single authoritative opinion except your goofy take on this. Congratulations? To be fair, how much direct engagement riot duty do SMU/SF/SEAL/Ranger/SWAT do? I believe the restrictions on targets for the shotgun ammunition are based on the Laws of Land Warfare and the Treaty of Versailles, which banned the use of frangible ammunition in the offensive role. The US used shotguns in defensive roles , ie guarding prisoners, and other ways as you mentioned against material, such as doorknobs and hinges. At least that was the rules twenty years ago, when I was still in. The SWAT, or TAC team in my current Department will often use shotguns in both roles,as they see fit.
