Cuts red govt tape to find a vaccine and produce PPE and therapeutics. Invokes the military and private sector for distribution. Increases testings into the millions and on and on.......SCIENTIFICALLY, there is absolutely NO DAMNED way that had Trump WARNED the nation as you would have liked him to do, that doing so could have prevented any more deaths......You are looking at what he says or did not say rather than his actions.......Again! On Feb 5 he told the reporter how bad this was.
While playing it down to the general public for multiple weeks!!
While encouraging people to come to his rallies.. and still do.
