I'll be gone hunting for a week, but if he hasn't joined by then I'll call him and ask him about shipping. I don't know how a person does that with powder. Any knowledge on that front?

264, yes both. They worked great in the late 60's, should now if you find.

had a book with load data in it from either Elmer Keith or P.O. Ackley, that had load data for all sorts of loads using those two powders, in All sorts of cartridges.... war surplus stuff in paper bags, real cheap...surplus 50 cal powder....
a couple of moves, Lord knows where that book is nowadays...

According to my Speer #7 manual from 1966, both H870 and 5010 show the exact same range of loadings from 72 - 76 grains for a 264WM. sounds a bit warm to me and can't recall what I used back then.

H 870 works great in my 7 Rem Mag heavy bullets. Its dirty burning compaired to modern powders. Yup! I haven't used it in years, but H870 was great with 175's from my 7mm Rem Mag. Accurate & fast. Took a nice 6x6 bull elk with that load, 20 years ago. And yes, dirty powder. Guy
