Traeger Bacon Wrapped Beer Can Burger Day:




The fillings and toppings. Grab your burger, fill it with what you want, and on the traeger it goes.



With some bacon wrapped jalepeno poppers:





With bourbon bbq glazed bacon wrapped shrimp:



And, have moved to plant based for a bit. Giving it a try for a year or so to see how lipids and other things work out. Trying to avoid more stents. Still goin' hunting this fall, and will be grillin' and smokin' up whatever we get.

"Impossible Burgers". Smoked for 30 mins, and finished off in hot cast iron skillet with a little oil, rosemary and thyme.

Not the best burgers we've had, but they are 95% of the way there. Still working on it, but they have a lot of damn potential. Won't replace a true, juicy burger, but still a nice option when doing this plant based diet nonsense and one has a hankerin' for a burger.
