G'day all, Approx 16 years ago I joined the campfire and fell in love with the pictures of knives by Gene Ingram posted by people like Steelhead and Big Stick (back when their posts were helpful and civilised). As a student living week to week ordering one of his blades was simply something to dream about. As the years passed I remained mesmerised by the beauty of Mr Ingram's blades and my "need" for one wasn't helped by posts by people like geedubya ; ) Eventually, I asked Mr Ingram to add my name to his list and about 18 months later my turn to order came around. Mr Ingram was very patient, helpful and accommodating, slightly stretching his #4 B&T for me - S30V, antique paper micarta handles, red liners and kydex sheath. A real gentleman with old fashioned customer service. Anyway, it arrived today and WOW - even better than I could have hoped. I will try to work out how to post a pic.

That's a winner, enjoy! The B&T knives are my personal favorites. Looking forward to seeing your new Ingram.

Congrats!!
For posting pics, postimage is the easiest for me. Just upload to their site, and post the generated link using “use full editor”.
Looking forward to see it.

Nice one of my favorite patterns there
Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.
Ain’t easy havin pals.

Great knife. One of Gene's best designs. Use the hell out of it...then pass it to an heir...

Congratualtions,
I too am having a knife made by Mr. Ingram as we speak.
I had picked up a used B&T, and love it.
This one is a S30V puuko style blade with a few tweaks in the handle to fit my hand. Can't wait to get some pics up for everyone.

That sounds really cool CRS. He stretched the blade and handle on mine and I am very happy with the result. I look forward to seeing yours when it’s ready
