Vortex won their lawsuit against Optics and Ammo. He has to remove their name from everything and pay over 30K in attorneys fees.

Bless his heart.

If you enter Vortex in the search bar it brings up a pile of Vortex scopes/spotters/binos for sale still.

I think so, I recall someone mentioning it a few pages back.

Still, this thread has been spread far and wide on multiple forums and I have even seen it mentioned on Facebook.

Just got letter from my bank denied my chargeback? Seems he provided evidence of item was backordered and i accepted store credit? He deleted my order history somehow. Not sure where to go from here definitely going to contact my bank again, I'd like them to read this thread. Contacted attorney General and better business bureau.

You need to go up the ladder at the bank.

Show them this thread, along with the criminal actions revealed herein, as well as the BBB rating and comments.

I'd change banks if mine took a criminal's word over mine.

I had to do the same. After redisputing the charge and talking to a "higher up" and explained what's going on they gave me my money back and closed the case.

Visa debit card, spoke to the bank rep today. Emailed her this thread, better business bureau ratings, thread on ar15.com and my emails with him. Going to contact fbi fraud bureau and i wonder if he's paying enough taxes on his 100 % profit from selling with no inventory cost?
