For those that do not bake a Kosher Cinnamon Babka is a healthy substitute. If they are anything like those sorry excuse for a doughnut things, I’ll certainly pass. Can’t stand em.

Only way I will eat cinnamon rolls is freshly made. When I ran the night shift for my company at Anchorage international Airport, at 3 am i would run up to cinnabuns up in the terminal and get a dozen for the guys and me. Fresh out of the oven. We always had a fresh pot of coffee going.

My wife is a food service manager in the local school system and her specialty is sweet rolls. She hand makes them and bakes them in an industrial convection oven. They come out huge, soft, gooey and decadent. I gain 10lbs just looking at them. Yours look really appetizing.
