Another big fan of WT 101. Nearly unbeatable for the $$

Bourbon on a budget......... Ezra, Evan and Elijah. Elijah Small Batch being my daily "house brand"

Buffalo Trace, Bulleit and Eagle Rare also VERY good. But try to find ANY Buffalo Trace offerings around here............ Weller and Blanton's NEVER. Our state-run liquor system SUCKS.

My current favorite is above the OP's price point by a few bucks. But Russell's Reserve 10 year is HUGELY underrated.

Not bourbon, but.................. Dickel Rye is phenomenal at 20-couple bucks.

Can you get the Evan Williams at common stores? Wanna give it a try.

Rebel Yell is nothing more than standard Weller's with a cooler label.

There’s a whisky for every taste and preference. Evan Williams is drinkable although not my favorite. Dickel No. 12 is my standby. Not as popular here as down South it seems. Bulleit and Knob Creek are ok. Basil Hayden is underwhelming at the least for the price. Dad and uncle used to drink Four Roses but I don’t recall ever sampling it. I enjoy Pendleton for a change of pace. Got introduced to it about 10 years ago at the Snake River Stampede. Let ‘Er Buck!

Since Weller's is now rarer than hen's teeth, I've been looking for a good replacement. Knob Creek 9-year is new out this year and it is quite good @$25-30 - better than Weller's IMO. Buffalo Trace getting harder to find, but KC is better.
