I am looking for customer repair service for a pair of MINOX Binoc's.
I am seeing cross eyed thru them, they are out of alignment and unusable.
Thanks,
Don Arlington, WA

A number of years ago I had a warranty repair on a marine bin I dropped. The CS was outstanding, free and fast.

Sadly, they have been sold since then and I have no idea how Blaser is on the topic.

Thank you. My proof of purchase is long gone. I will give it a try.

I have a problem with a ZA 5 scope that fogged up this weekend. Hope they will repair or replace!

I had the same Minox binocs go bad on me. I talked to their customer service folks, who told me to send them in. I did so, and got a new pair from them. It was not a quick process, taking a couple of months. The new ones have held up quite well.

I have a pair of 10x52 HGs that had an eyecup/ocular issue. I sent it to them (Blaser) to be repaired. It took several months but finally I got them back and they had fixed the issue and cleaned them up completely. So good result, but the time required and their confusing and somewhat disorganized communication was a bit trying. But be patient and you'll probably end up being satisfied.
