Once that point has been reached, how long can a country remain a single entity? Californians have often spoken of succeeding, but they could not survive without Federal money.. Highways, military (direct and contracts) Illegal support, etc...

Every voter should have to ink a thumbprint on their ballot, mail in or not. Remember when all the Iraqis showed up in person in a war zone and had to dip their finger in ink so they couldn’t vote again? We did more to insure their election was fair then our own.

Once that point has been reached, how long can a country remain a single entity? That's pretty accurate, I'd say, but the nut-cuttin' starts in figuring out how to split it up. But I just don't see how thing can ever be repaired or reconciled, really. MM Well... You all are thinking of Balkanization as the dividing up of an area into, segregated units. That's the latest chapter in Balkanization. And probably the easiest/cleanest. That story starts with Ethnic massacres, retaliation, and horrible multi-party civil war. And that, is were you would have to start. I mentioned this a number of months ago. Was poo pooed, And some Ostrich Hopefuls said it couldn't happen here. It could. It probably will. Sometime. People in the Balkans couldn't believe how fast they went from fairly happy and peaceful, ethnically mixed and social. To murdering each other. Logs won't light. Kindling, is pretty hard to light. Dry tinder under the above? Just soft harmless fluff. The right spark, Bonfire! We are logs, The violent "protesters", kindling. Get enough of them, tinder. Attack suburbs and rural? Big hot spark.

You probly should, we let the Liberal fockers here in Canada run over us in the last election and now they are killing the west with death by a thousand cuts. 250,000 out of work as they are trying to completey kill oil and gas .
