Not a big fan of the trend. Progressives are the most open minded, tolerant, and inclusive people on the planet, as long as you agree with everything they say, and do exactly as you're told.

My country music in high school/college and beyond consisted of people like George Jones, Dolly Parton, Reba McIntyre, Randy Travis, Keith Whitley, Travis Tritt, Doug Stone, Johnny Cash, Alan Jackson, The Forrester Sisters, Statler Brothers, Alabama, Vince Gill, Patty Loveless, Ricky Skaggs, early Dixie Chicks, Don Williams (one of my favorite) Rickey Van Shelton, Charlie Daniels, the Oak Ridge Boys, Sara Evans, LeeAnn Womack, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, John Schneider, And the King of Country in my book Mr. George Strait And I know many more should/could be added...
