There going after this crook.

Complain to the Harris County District Attorneys Office in Texas. They have indicted his business. Currently they are looking for other victims. Email this man. Maxwell_Samuel  dao.hctx.net

He is probably busy getting schooled and losing court cases. His latest lawsuit where he tried to enforce his "Terms and Conditions" and "Fees" was dismissed with prejudice in civil court.
He is trying to sue individual employees of Vortex in small claims court for no reason. He incriminated himself in emails to the company lawyer and his LSU Cyber Stalking case got refiled as Stalking and is coming up in JAN.

Just received an email form the BBB of Houston. They stated they are sending this email to all who have had filed a case against snowflake that is unresolved. It is correct, the DA has filed a case against him.

It is correct, the DA has filed a case against him. I did not do anything with the BBB on my case - do they need anything? (I have been in contact with the DA)
