Stockdale/Nixon area? Used to hunt a small ranch a friend of mine owned that straddled Wilson/Guadalupe counties. Damn good deer out that way. Lots of minerals in the sandy soil.

Are these free roaming deer? yes low fence is 4-5 strand barb wire deer easily jump over or go under, a high fence is 8ft with fencing that has the wire in 6-inch squares to keep animals in.
