Was the old Savage stock okay that I sent?? There was just that bad area on the checkering, should still work for you though, right?

Thanks, Isaac! I think I'll do just that.

He was just 3 in the photo (big boy for his age - notice he's already over 4 wires high on a good fence grin ), so I don't know if he'll remember the hunt, but maybe the picture will remind him of a good day with Dad...You can't believe how tickled he was with those coyotes!

He loves to hunt and shoot. Let him shoot a little 223 just after he turned four and he shot up the whole box and had me digging for more. We had to trot down to see each bullet hole, and he was minute of deer at 100 yards in pretty short order.

I have animals throughout the house - not enough room for a trophy room. I will have to take a few pictures when we get finished painting. Here are a few-

A blesbok has a white face, and a little differently shaped horns.

Nice mounts Ngrumba. I really like your use of pedestals as a solution for low ceilings.

Jed...I didn't know Lulu was a nickname for Lauren. I'll never forget that name now. Is Lulu her making or yours? 2 more months brother and it's Mrs Lulu and Mr Jed! It goes without saying that I hope all is going perfectly well and smoothly for you both. It's an anxiety riddled time for some.

Your beautiful invite is sitting in my hand for the third time now and my bad ol buddy. Shouldn't post before coffee! I'll have it back out in the mail today to make it up to you! Had three days of trial and i just need to re-group and decompress.

Hope you're not pissed!
