Can you use small rifle primers in pistol cases with no issues?

Yes I just tried some cci400 in my 9mm loads yesterday. Worked just fine..
Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

Thread specifically about this in the Handgun forum. Bottom line is yes, you can. https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbt...-primers-vs-small-pistol-pr#Post15490962I've loaded up some .357 and .38 loads with small pistol and small rifle primers and hope to get out this week to chronograph them

I would think the height may present a problem in revolvers

I was worried about that, too, so that's the first thing I checked to be sure.
Using R-P brass for the .357's, Winchester for the .38 Spl and with CCI-400's all primers are flush or slightly below flush.

Small pistol and small rifle are the same height. Large pistol/rifle are not.

Small pistol and small rifle are the same height. Large pistol/rifle are not. ^^^^that^^^^ My limited experience suggests a velocity increase of 75 FPS or LESS depending on cartridge and bullet weight.
I am..........disturbed.
