I have stopped posting anything on FB. I now use it only as a convenient way to message certain people. If it wasn't for that, I'd be gone from it completely.

When I see what a downward spiral some things here turn into, I cannot even imagine what a cesspool Facebook must be.
Never have, never will. Too funny! Facebook let's you chose your "friends". So you control who's stuff you see, who sees yours. (As much as possible on the web) My list is people I know, no more. And not all of the ones I know or request to be friends. 1 liberal. We were good friends in school, and we do offend each other. We just agree that we see things different. Point is, wwaaayyyy less drama than the campfire. Even though my liberal friend is female, she isn't the bitch some members here are.

never had facebook because I was a frequent flyer to China and I'm a pastor (was a missions minister).
Didn't get it because they checked that stuff and would not allow you in or kick you out.
Now, all mission work in China has been shut down, so doubt I'll ever get to go back.
I have started doing woodworking, bowl/vase making, and bunch of other craft stuff. I plan to set up a facebook account to market that, but not under my name.
As soon as I settle on a name for my business, I''ll set up under the business name.

I had to join facebook to find the text of what Palin said about obuma in 2008.
I have not done much since.
