Really? You don’t think that the senators and congressmen won’t fight to retain their seats from an unlawful assault by the left? The worst thing that can happen to an elected official is not being re-elected. They spend millions to get re-elected so I don’t see them packing their bags and quietly riding off into the sunset. NOBODY in Washington is on "our" side. I hope you guys understand that. We can come up with all these "what-if" scenarios for things, but they are irrelevant on a national level. DC is The Swamp, full of Swamp Creatures. They have also infested every State Capitol and most local jurisdictions as well. This cannot and will not change until The Swamp is thoroughly hunted out, and all the vermin exterminated. Right now, none of these vermin are truly afraid of us, so the future is full of worse and worse tyranny. I trust the Republicans in my local legislature a Hell of a lot more than the scum in DC. Big mistake, they are ALL cut from the same cloth.

They need 2/3 vote. Another stupid political stunt just like the 1st impeachment. That one cost them 15 house seats. This one will cost more. They can't help themselves. I trust the Republicans in my local legislature a Hell of a lot more than the scum in DC.
It's been a little surprising to see such an overwhelming majority of R's in DC fall all over themselves apologizing for question the election & so quickly abandoning Trump so completely. It doesn't make me feel warm about anything ever happening that is good w/o some MAJOR changes. MM

Elections are a thing of the past which is why I believe the senators and congressmen affected by this blatant power grab will fight. They’re not fighting for us, they’re fighting to save their own hide. If they are removed they’ll never hold public office again and those lazy, fat bastards couldn’t cut it in the private sector so they have no choice but to fight to save their asses.

Payback will bite them. Bingo! This is mostly big talk and there will be little action. The Dems might have a majority, but it slim. they want cooperation and unity in this country, or do they want the backlash and the probablity that the GOP sticks it right back up their butts when power swings?

I don’t think that the left is worried about the power swinging back. If their theft is as complete as it appears to be then they don’t need to hold elections anymore and their coup is complete.
