Looking at my Gen 3 again and it appears that one pictured just had the left & right sides of the trigger guard rounded off slightly and just a tiny bit removed from the grip just below the trigger guard. Not enough removed that I would worry about it. If I was more computer savvy I'd post a picture of my trigger guard but this web site's too difficult.

P-dog, It's no big deal. A lot like "dehorning" a carry 1911 for a more snag free draw. That stupid little notch in the triggerguard is brutal on my middle finger. That reason alone was enough for me to never want a Glock. The factory stag grip irritated the nerve casing on my third finger. Had to change out for one without the stupid little tab sticking out.

I have a P80 frame kit that I have yet to put together. The triggerguard notch is much larger, and hopefully, it won't grind on my finger like the Glock notch does...badly.

Could have been done smoother. And blended way better You oughta touch it up and blend it some more with 400 grit Then a final light hit with 600 grit.
Go light ... You cant put material back. Wont take much at all to make it look " professional" Now it looks like something a 3rd grader did.
And when you blend those lines yourself it will give you a sense you made vast appearance improvements over bubba,s amatuerish work.
This.

Yeah wow “vast improvement”.
It looked like one of millions of chunky but functional black plastic handguns in the before pic, but in the after it looks like one of millions of chunky but functional black plastic handguns.
I wish you good fortune in keeping it free from further “permanent damage” via scratches and dirt and such.

I'm not sure I follow. So, that's a picture that was posted by 22250rem? What is it we're looking at in that picture?

Glocks feel funky to me. Shoot em well ( better than Sigs ). I said skip em both and went HK.

Listening to others at gun shows in 2000, I heard the American Rifleman quote "rebluing a $50k low serial number Colt 1873 Peacemaker reduces the value" morph into the idea that "rebluing a $50 Turkish Mauser ruins the collector value".
Not the dumbest thing I have heard at gun shows, but at least gets on the list of dumb things at gun shows.
There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self. -Ernest Hemingway The man who makes no mistakes does not usually make anything.-- Edward John Phelps

Sent those to Persiandog after he PM'd me about it after I mentioned mine earlier in the thread. Shows what they look like from the factory. That's about the only way I could post a picture on this site is to e-mail a picture to somebody capable of posting pix on here, ( very little computer skills on my part).
